Jamie’s post about Doyle’s Public House and the start of World Cup Soccer reminded me that the Parkway will also be open for morning games.

They’ll be open:
Friday at 9am , Saturday a 6am and Monday 9am for the USA vs Czech Republic match.

Not only can you enjoy a morning beer, but you can come see the unvailing of the new lounge, the red room. Bottom line: giant plasma hd tv, cozy zebra skin lined booths and a fireplace.

Should we bar hop between Doyle’s and the Parkway saturday morning and see who the real fans are??

On a related note, did you hear that Budweiser is the official beer of the World Cup… in GERMANY?!? Mein Gott im himmel!

I’m not sure if anyone else woke up early, but two of us made it to the parkway at 6am. My first PBR at 6am… If you're a fan, there's talk of an encore appearance this Sunday morning.
