Tacomaness brew coming soon!
I’ve had an idea in the back of my head for years now about crafting and enjoying some delicious homebrew. A good friend of mine and successful graduate of the adopt a Seattleite program moved to Tacoma recently so we picked up some supplies last night and took our first stab at a pilsner. Tacoma’s filled with great brew pubs and I’m sure there are more than a few homebrew experts out there, my question is are there any formal or informal groups that meet to share ideas, success and failures?
As of this morning the yeast of our pils isn’t doing a damn thing and we have some ideas of what we’ve done wrong but could defiantly use some help.

Update: I may have killed this batch, but for now it’s started to do it’s magic. We are now about 3 weeks away from finding out for sure. With any luck you’ll all be invited over to enjoy a taste.
